Can You Read The Signals From Your Own Nervous System?

Moment by moment, your nervous system is helping you respond to changes in your environment through a variety of sensations and feelings. Neuro-literacy and emotion literacy help you recognize, understand, and regulate these different states so that you can effectively protect yourself, meet your own needs, and respond to challenges. If you tend to ignore, deny, or dump your feelings onto others, you might benefit from the information on this website.
